ABSTRACT

My speech will be dedicated to personnel evaluation techniques. I will give a quick overview on how to prepare a curriculum and how to build your own professional profile and then describe the methodology of individual and group assessment as a selection technique, always followed by the individual interview.


SHORT BIOGRAPHY

In 1995 I graduated in Psychology at "La Sapienza" University in Rome and, after 5 years dedicated to clinic psychology, I decided to work for Adecco as recruiter in Caserta in 1999. From 2001 to 2018 I worked as the Branch Manager in Adecco Caserta. Now I've been working for almost 2 years as People Advisor for most of South Italy, which includes Campania, Basilicata, Puglia and Calabria.
Within the Operation team, I deal with the development, planning and monitoring of all Candidate & Associate Management processes of the Adecco Group in the Campania, Puglia Basilicata and Calabria areas.
I am responsible for coordinating and managing a team of 16 Recruiters and 4 Consultants.
In collaboration with the Head of Operations, I define the budget and the commercial strategy for the 14 branches in the area and the 4 Consultants on Permanent Placement. I deal with the monitoring of commercial KPIs and the coordination of delivery to large customers; alongside the salesforce for the positioning of the Adecco Group HR platform; development and implementation of human capital assessment projects through the Assessment methodology; I manage the Forma.Temp and Ex-Ebiref funded training funds for the creation of specialized Academies.
I manage the recruitment, selection, training and development processes of the internal staff in collaboration with the HR function of the Adecco Group.
Development of Employer Branding and Work Orientation projects at Universities and Higher Institutes.
